Refinery burn off fills Tyler skies with smoke | News
TYLER, TX (KLTV)- We've had many calls to our newsroom and posts to Facebook questioning where all the smoke is coming from.
Delek Refinery burned off three stacks Monday. So, don't be alarmed if you see smoke coming from the northeast side of Tyler.
