It's time again for the online auction and Corporate Spelling bee to support the Literacy Council of Tyler's efforts to help individuals acquire skills that will provide them and their families the opportunity to escape the cycle of illiteracy and poverty. . Read more to learn how you can help:
The online auction for the 2012 Corporate Spelling Bee is now open! The auction will run from July 30, 2012 to August 8, 2012, with the Spelling Bee taking place on August 7, 2012 at the CrossWalk Conference Center.
Proceeds from this auction and the Spelling Bee go to Literacy Council of Tyler in order to support our goal - to combat illiteracy in our community. Auction items range from shopping sprees to dining certificates to entertainment packages.
So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!
Some of the auctions up for bid are dinners at local restaurants, dance classes, a golf getaway for two, yoga classes, Cowboy Stadium VIP Guided tour for four, helicopter flights over Tyler, and even a chance to be on Does It Work with Joe Terrell on KLTV!
